I stayed at the hotel mainly for the ocean view, which was really nice, but I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the lack of customer service. While the beach area was absolutely beautiful and perfect for families, the dining experience left a lot to be desired, especially with the messy tables and limited breakfast options. Overall, the location is great, but the hotel has some areas that definitely need improvement.
